Sponsorship Freebie Terms & Conditions
1. How The Program Works
Receive a free hot water controller or free smart meter when you install a residential solar system with Gardel Electrical & Solar when you mention your club or community sponsorship with Gardel Electrical & Solar.
2. Limit one freebie per household.
3. Gardel Electrical & Solar reserves the right to withdraw the offer of the free hot water controller or smart meter or to update, add or remove any of the freebies, at any time. Freebies cannot be exchanged for other services and one freebie cannot be exchanged for another.
4. Issuing of Freebie
The free hot water controller or smart meter will be installed when the solar PV system is installed.
5. A Referral Is
A referral is only counted as successful when the customer you refer to us books and pays for a solar installation. That means the customer has approved a quote, booked in an installation and paid the final invoice. Once these conditions are met you and your friend will be granted your reward!
6. Rewards And Offers
The person referring will receive a $100 voucher per successful referral. The person invited will receive also receive a $100 voucher.
7. Issuing Of Rewards And Offers
Rewards will be emailed within 30 days after the Referral is considered successful.
8. Privacy
All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Gardel Electrical & Solar’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.gardelelectrical.com.au/privacy-policy. Under the applicable laws and regulations, Gardel Electrical & Solar shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.
9. General
9.1. These Referral Terms are published by Gardel Electrical Solar (“we”’, “us” and “our”). Our Referral Program is communicated via email and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Referring Users (“you” or “your(s)") and people who receive our referral invitation..
9.2. You may only invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances, and colleagues to this program.
10. Limits
10.1. A limit to the number of freebies may apply. We may also specify a maximum number of people who are eligible for the benefits of this Program.
10.2. All referred people must be new and first-time customers Existing customers of Gardel Electrical & Solar cannot participate in and benefit from this program.
11. Restrictions
11.1. This Program cannot be combined with other Gardel Electrical & Solar’s referral programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits, or incentives. By participating in this Program, we may restrict you from any other promotion, program, discount, or vouchers.
11.2. You must not publish our Sponsorship Program on any sites or platforms that house any Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games, Online Casinos, Political Content, and/or any form of illegal activities.
11.3. You must not at any time, invite or refer people who are unknown to you.
12. Term and Termination
12.1. This Program will run until the announced date and that date can be extended or restricted. We may also in our sole discretion notify Users that the Program has ended with immediate effect.
12.2. Any referral made before the end of the Program can still participate. However, we may exclude referrals at our sole discretion made after their termination date.
12.3. We may terminate this Referral Program at any time, including your participation or the availability of its benefits.
13. Exclusive Relationship
13.1. You understand and agree that you are only the User of our services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us.
13.2. You understand and agree that you are never authorised to legally bind our company.
13.3. You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark, or (part of) our corporate identity.
13.4. By participating in the Program you must not represent yourself as a duplicate, agent, or intermediary of our company.
14. Privacy and Information
14.1. You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Program and thereby direct to our website.
14.2. When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy. You must do so before they participate in the Referral Program, and fill in their personal information.
15. Amendments
We may amend the terms and conditions of our Program. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits, and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.
16. Violations and Termination
16.1. In the case that we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud, or unreasonable use of our Program, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit, or payout.
16.2. If you are a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of our company, we may restrict your participation in the Program, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect.
16.3. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third-party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.
17. Disclaimer and Indemnification
17.1. We offer our Program and its benefits only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may remove, change and update the Program at our sole discretion. We will never make any promises or guarantees about the content and information of our Program. We disclaim our responsibility for any information that is incorrect or has errors.
17.2. Our Program is based on our best efforts. You acknowledge and agree that we can never guarantee any benefit or result from participating in the Program.
17.3. You will defend, indemnify and hold Gardel Electrical & Solar harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of your participation in the Program.
18. No Correspondence, Disputes and Refunds
With regard to the distribution of discounts, vouchers, incentives, prizes, awards, or other benefits, no correspondence will be entered into. Moreover, we shall never respond to any complaint or accept any dispute about the Program, and the abovementioned benefits. are provided “as is” and we never refund or exchange such benefits.
19. Applicable Law
The law of our residence shall apply and the court in that country is competent to hear any claim that may arise out of these terms.

You represent that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by Gardel Electrical & Solar’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You also agree that by participating in this campaign your tracking metrics will become public data, this means that anyone with access to your email address will be able to see how many referrals you have generated.
