Jason went the extra mile to do the work, look at your current electrical billing, and discuss the benefit of the battery. The guys on site were professional and took the time to talk through all the options of where the battery could be installed. They did a fantastic job with the install. Jason's after sales service was great, and he got back to me quickly about my concerns with inaccuracies in the data monitoring. Highly recommended especially given the competitive cost.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by this company. It was exemplary. I live in the country, 1.5 hours from Brisbane, yet they had no hesitation in driving to my property to resolve the smallest of issues. They installed the solar system in my absence as I was overseas at the time and I had to trust their professionalism. They did not let me down. Both Mum and myself had a 6.6KW solar system installed on our respective houses by Gardel Electrical & Solar in late July 2022. Sam took the time to discuss our needs, answer any questions we had along the way and came up with a design that would best suit our respective houses. The Quotes I received were very competitive for the equipment that was provided. I opted for REC TwinPeak 4 Panels and a Fronius inverter, whilst Mum went for Canadian Solar Panels and Sungrow Inverter. Sam and the team were extremely punctual and had both of mine and Mum's systems installed and operational on the same day. Quality of workmanship was to an extremely high standard and both sites were left spotless after installation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam and the Team to anyone wishing to install Solar in South-east Queensland or Mackay to Cairns localities.

I’ve been equivocating about getting solar for a while because I was suspect about who would be doing the work. I had a personal recommendation for Gardel and the company is local - Brisbane southside - so I gave them a go. The whole process was simple. Communication was excellent as was the timeliness of the site visits. I am fussy about workmanship. I had a good look on the roof and at the electrical work. I couldn't fault it. The team was from Gardel and led by a Gardel electrician. At the end they sent a comprehensive manual. Very happy with the result. Highly recommended.

These Gardel guys are so on it. First truck turned up precisely as advised weeks ahead with the gear to be installed. Halfhour later a team of four arrived and in 4 hours later the panels, inverter and batteries were up and running. Very professional, helped install the App on my phone, the installation was very neat and an excellent clean up on completion. How the system works was well explained. How good. 10/10

Team Gardel where extremely professional to deal with, the install was done a week before our scheduled date which was fantastic. Communication was excellent, ensuring we were ready for the install. They returned to finish connecting the battery a few days later as we needed to finish some painting which was very helpful. Any questions are always answered extremely quickly and helpfully.
